Life has had a lot of detours for me but it has introduced me to people and experiences that have enriched my life far beyond what I deserve.  I've learned    that happiness is made, not found; that ice cream is good no matter what the diet books tell you; that the unconditional love of an animal is truly one of life's mysteries; and that I am consumed with the idea of creating images and I should be a photographer.

Although I continue to educate myself (as God has given me a gift that deserves to be developed and used well), this site isn't about awards and achievements and associations.  It's about life ~ and how I see it.  It's about those friends and acquaintances that have allowed me to capture a glimpse of who they are and to witness their own special brand of magic!  It's about being able to give back to them pieces of what they have shared with me, and in doing so, hoping that moment - that emotion - that burst of celebration will be with them always.     THAT is why I create images ~ because your life is worth celebrating.
